You must provide an employment contract or evidence of freelance or business activity with companies located outside Spain. At least 80% of your income must originate from non-Spanish sources.

Valid Passport

You must provide a valid passport, including all pages.

Criminal Record Certificate

You must submit a criminal record certificate from your country of origin and from any country where you have resided during the previous five years.

Proof of Financial Means

You must demonstrate sufficient financial resources, typically by proving a minimum monthly income of approximately €2,800.
